In addition to teaching finance I also run BonaResponds a volunteer group that responds after disasters, builds wheelchair ramps, does light construction, and just about everything else. (See BonaResponds.org)
On March 31st we will be having our 3rd annual International Service Day. It is a great day. Basic idea: we ask people all around the world to go help AND share their day with us via pictures, audio, and writing. We have about 15 countries lined up plus 30+ cities in the US. We'd love to have you do something too. No matter where you are. It is easy, free, and fun! AND IT WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
Here is an interview on a local radio station (WVTT) about the day.

Ok, I apologize for audio quality (and length) but the content more than makes up for it. It is an interview I did for a blog article (they never really got going as we were hit with a flood that weekend and BonaResponds kept me VERY busy!)...BUT, the discussion was great and highly worth listening. We were discussing his book "What Investors Really Want". It is a behavioral finance book that is so good that I am requiring it this year for my grad behavioral finance class.
I will warn you, it is longer than most at about 55 minutes.

This was my first test of podbean and my software. Mainly to see if this format will work.
The plan is to produce 10-15 min episodes every week that can serve as a review of class and a look around at the world of finance.
